PropReality Real Estate (PRRE) Awards are created to recognize organizations & individuals for excellence in area of real estate of residential, commercial, retail, plotting or any other and community involvement, sustainability, innovation and technology while advancing the real estate management industry and embodying the core principles of the PRRE awards credentials.

“CRISIL” is award show’s knowledge partner. CRISIL is a global analytical company providing ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services and very well known for real estate star ratings.

And, 99acres.com will be property portal partner for the event. 99acres.com are Indian real estate property portal for buy, sell and rent properties across the country.

PropReality is a media & event wing of REFUTURE Management Pvt Ltd, organizing PropReality Real Estate Awards: Gujarat 2017.

PropReality (PR) has done many real estate events and events coverage. The recent successful event done, managed & executed by PR was Live Invest Prop Expo 2017 held at Hotel Pride Plaza, Ahmedabad. Also we covered GIHED – 2015, GIHED 2017, CREDAI Carnival Vadodara 2016, Vibrant Saurashtra – Rajkot 2016 and many other Real Estate Events nationally.

About the Event

PropReality Real Estate Awards – 2017, the event is for the awards show for in real estate for Gujarat state of India. It is to celebrate the premier levels of success by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry whether commercial, residential, plotting or any other for all categories like premier, high-mid or budget. PropReality Real Estate Awards is going to be a world-renowned mark of excellence as PropReality’s team will process application/nomination forms and shortlist nominees for the Jury round as per the guidelines provided by CRISIL, the Knowledge Partner for the awards. Their superior way and standard of working and management is well known which will ensure the quality of entire process.

This is a one-day 3 hours of event, will be held on the evening of Saturday, 18th November 2017 at Hotel Crowne Plaza, SG Highway, Ahmedabad.

The award covers entire Gujarat state. Participants enter at their relevant categories, are judged by a highly experienced jury members and team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. All Nominated Builders are then invited to attend a glittering award night and will present the award to the Winners.

The highest-scoring winners from each category are ultimately determining the region’s finest property companies in the respective area/category.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. The nominated project must be located in Gujarat limits.
  2. The project should fulfill the specific criteria for the award category as listed in the 'Award Categories' & 'Categories Definition' section.
  3. The nominated project should have all necessary government approvals. Awards management has the right to ask for documentary proof for the information provided in the application form.
  4. All applications are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
  5. Projects nominated in completed project award category are eligible if and only if they have been delivered (with occupancy / completion certificated (oc/cc)) or if applied for Completed projects, have architect's completion certificated along with the application for oc/cc in the period of 1st January 2013 to 31st March 2017)
  6. Projects nominated in Upcoming project award category are eligible if and only if they have been in Project work on at least 1 wing / Phase of Project should Commenced Between the period of1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017.
  1. Please complete all sections of the form in permanent ink (pencil applications will not be permitted).
  2. All the section marked with (*) are compulsory to be filled by all the applicants.
  3. The duly filled forms along with the documents should be sent to reach – marketing@refuture.in by 16th Oct, 2017.
  4. Please maintain one copy of the filled form for your records.
  5. Each project can be nominated for one award category only.
  6. Each organization can participate in than categories provided each application is for a different project.
  7. Kindly email the following documents along with application form:
    1. Six recent onsite photographs showing date (Must include approach road, entry/exit gate, aerial view, amenities, onsite testing facilities (if any))
    2. Commencement certificates/ building permit/ certificate from local authority to commence construction for upcoming projects
    3. Title search report/certificate by legal consultants/advocates
    4. Occupancy/ Completion certificates (OC/CC) for completed projects (if applied for and not received, architect’s completion certificate along with application for OC/CC)
    5. Project specifications including details and floor plans.
    6. Environmental Clearance (EC) / Application of EC to be provided for all projects.
    7. Bank home loan approval (Any one bank)
    8. Detailed profile for personality awards category.
    9. Every nomination form (for each Project) should be accomplished by a Cheque /Draft / Online Payment / NEFT Details of Rs. 10,000/- or Rs. 25,000/- [As Package selected for Nomination] drawn in favor of REFUTURE MANAGEMENT PVT LTD.

  9. The winner will be selected from amongst the short listed nominees on the basis of aggregate scores of ONLY the independent jury & CRISIL. The decision of the jury will be final and not subject to appeal.

The Awards will be conducted as per the below timelines. The entrant company should send the entries for the work done between 1st April 2015 and March 2017.

We will effort to follow the above timeline. However, in the event of circumstances beyond the control of Award Management, these timelines may need to be altered accordingly.

There is nominal entry fee for Propreality Real Estate Awards night:

Rs. 2000 per 2 person

* 18% GST is applicable on the above fees.

Every winner shall receive a well-designed trophy. The winners booklet will be listed on PropReality website and will be distributed with PropReality magazine.

Awards management / PropReality has right(s) to enquire for proof of information delivered/audit the information provided in the entry forms/during registration (online/offline). If such a request is made, the contestant will be required to deliver the requested info. Non-faithfulness to the request will disqualify/eliminate the contestant from joining in the awards.

The info participant provide, will be preserved as confidential and won’t be used for any purpose except promotion during the show and for determining the winners of the show.

If at any point of time, any information provided by any contestant is found to be incorrect in any case, then the participant will not be permitted to continue participation in the Award show. The company would be treated as terminated company from the show.

Nomination entries received will be organized and checked to confirm completeness of contestants.

The jury will assess gathered list of entries based on pre-selected parameters to define nominees in each classification. The decision of the short-listing will be binding and final on all participants.

Nominees can be contacted with further relevant information for the jury meet. Jury decision shall be is treated as final decision to all contestants.

  • A Group of commercial buildings built as part of a single project
  • Used exclusively for commercial offices (not godowns, warehouses or other establishments for storing purposes).
  • Project should have completed before March 31st 2017
Commercial Project of the Year - Upcoming
  • A Group of commercial buildings built as part of a single project
  • Used exclusively for commercial offices (not godowns, warehouses or other establishments for storing purposes).
  • Project should have commenced before March 31, 2017
Retail & Mall Project of the Year
  • Building(s) used for retail purposes.
  • Minimum super built up area of 5,000 sq ft.
Integrated Township Project of the Year
  • A group of buildings comprising residential buildings and at least one commercial or utility building (eg. School, mall, hospital, place of worship etc).
  • Must contain a hospital, a school, commercial offices, residential places and a place of worship.
  • Construction of the township should have commenced between April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017
Best Industrial Project of the Year
  • A group of industrial buildings.
  • Used exclusively for godowns, ware house, factories & Industries.
  • Project should be commenced between April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017
Best Golf Course Design
  • Golf Course Commenced Before March 31 ,2017 for Use of Golfer
Low Cost Housing Project of the Year - Completed
  • The construction should have been completed before March 31, 2017.

The nominees in each group will be presented to the final jury for determination of champions. The final jury will mark each nominee based on pre-defined assessment parameters.

Jury decision shall be is treated as final decision to all contestants.

No contestant will furnish any false/misleading information to win the Awards.

No contestant will try to influence other participant(s) to gain advantage in the judging process.

No contestant will attempt to influence any jury member to control his/her judgement.

No contestant will put unnecessaryburden on the Awards management to win the Awards.

Nominees and winners permit free of cost the use of their name and factual information about their participation in the public media (for the build-up to the Awards, during the Awards ceremony and after the Awards ceremony) and do not have any right to any revenues earned through Intellectual Property Rights generated by the Prop ReailtyReal Estate Awards. If any.

The Awards management reserves the right to withdraw, or amend these terms at any time. The management will also not be responsible for interruptions/cancellation of the Awards under unfavourable circumstances.
